This product cleaned my full-coated Shih Tzu Oscar thoroughly without stripping or over drying. This product made the moisturizing and protecting shampoo and coat mask I followed with even more effective. I also appreciate the personal phone call from the Botaniqa representative, Aga. She advised me on exactly what I needed for my full-coated Shih Tzu. I was pleased with all of the Botaniqa products she suggested.
