I bought the Whitman Dremel not too long ago and these to compare. Not bad, can't say for certainty if they run cool and don't burn the dog's nails as the Whitman ones claim that. But they are fast at bringing down the nail, I just don't press too hard or leave on nail bed too long so as not to hurt pet.
