The conditioner had exploded during shipment. Contacted their customer service as soon as I received the package along with photos. They replied in a timely manner and communicated their intentions of satisfaction with the products. They sent a replacement the next day - Very pleased with how they handled this! So difficult to find GOOD customer service these days! Would highly recommend this company and would buy from again!
