I've used it once so far. I have 2 American Cocker Spaniels, one of which is very heavily coated, so they definitely need to be dried when the weather isn't warm. Although they didn't love it at first, they did get used to it. It's easy to handle & use and dried nicely. It has 3 speeds & adjusrable temperature, and is not overly noisy.. I'm glad I purchased it & hope it will hold up over time.
