Yes, free shipping is automatically applied to orders over $99. Please note Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and countries outside of the US are excluded from free shipping due to shipping cost constraints. Also, heavy equipment, including grooming tables, tubs and cages, is excluded from free shipping.
Shipping cost is calculated by shipping carriers (USPS, FedEx and UPS) based on items weight, dimensions and delivery zip code. We ship from our warehouse in West Palm Beach, Florida. Free shipping is applied on orders over $250 (see exclusions applied above)
We use USPS, FedEx, and UPS. If you qualified for free shipping, we will pick a carrier of our choice, typically FedEx or UPS. If you have a preference, please type a note in your order comments and/or feel free to reach out to our customer service, we will do our best to accommodate your request. You can also choose to pay for the carrier of your choice.
Once you place an equipment order we will contact freight forwarders to get the best real-time quote for shipping your equipment which will depend on weight, dimensions, your location, and whether it’s a business or residential delivery (additional fees are applied by carriers for residential addresses). We highly recommend choosing Route Shipping Protection at checkout. Although it is optional, it will ensure hassle-free product replacement if your package is lost, stolen or damaged in transit.
We do not ship international orders via government mail as it is not secure because of the differences in quality of government mail in other countries. FedEx international shipping rates will calculate at checkout.
