    Clippers are amazing! Everyone where I work uses them. The customer service at Pet Store Direct is outstanding!! I placed my order on a Sunday morning, and I got a call the evening because I didn’t enter something right with my credit card and wanted to ship it out right away! The woman that contacted me did so via text, email, and by phone and left me a voicemail to make sure I got the message one way or the other which I was super impressed with. Any other place usually just does so by email. When I called back the next morning she answered and everything was rectified and I received an email within minutes that my order was placed and shipped out.     Beautiful clipper and it works amazing. My blades almost never heat up. Also battery life is amazing. Only thing that would make it better is if it were lighter
